Role Overview

As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to help our teams run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with team members across different departments, contributing to daily coordination, scheduling, documentation, and project-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments

  • Assist with inbox organization, follow-ups, and drafting correspondence

  • Support data entry, documentation, and file organization across platforms

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed

  • Monitor project timelines and assist with task tracking

  • Help coordinate virtual events, internal communications, and team updates

  • Conduct basic online research and compile information in clear formats

  • Provide general administrative support to cross-functional team members

What You Bring

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits

  • Comfort working with common office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, etc.)

  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to shifting priorities

  • Eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and processes

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to support team needs as they arise
